I will try most things once.... maybe twice - and so I can say that I've tried working with fondant/ pettinice. I tried all the tricks of the trade and must admit - im VERY proud of my littlest cake made but I think that i will leave this to the pro's.
I find it time consuming and s-T-i-i-i--cKy.... not for the faint hearted and mothers of 2 teenange daughters...
